For over 20 years WoMen Against Rape (WAR) has been at the forefront of campaigning against sexual violence in Botswana.
The principal focus is meeting the needs of traumatised survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV). They provide a 24 hour crisis helpline, temporary safe accommodation, psychosocial therapy and support, formal referrals and guidance through the justice, health and welfare systems.
